The 2025 Brij Albariño is a bright, coastal white showing aromas of citrus blossom, lime zest, and fresh stone fruit layered with subtle saline minerality. Fermented with native yeast and aged in neutral vessels, it retains vibrant acidity and a crisp, refreshing finish. A lively wine that pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, and simple seasonal dishes. Enjoy now thru 2030.
