Salvo Foti is one of the leading winemakers in the Etna DOC, and founded the Vigneri Project, a label where multiple generations of winegrowers share the viticultural secrets and traditions of this special region. This wine is a blend of 80% Nerello Mascalese and 20% Nerello Cappuccio, two indigenous red grapes to the region.
