This wine comes from a single parcel of the same name. The Luneau family are pioneers in this regard and still amongst the only producers in Muscadet to bottle single vineyard expressions of their land. They've been doing it since the 80's.
Grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press, strength and length of pressing is adapted to each vintage. Spontaneous fermentation using only natural yeasts. Fermentation and maturation on lees in underground glass lined vats for seven months, without racking until bottling.
