100% Malvasia de Sitges sourced from a tiny single vineyard (1.4 ha) of young vines planted to calcerous, clay soils. Harvested by hand in accordance to the lunar calendar. Fermented in a combination of local clay amphorae and stainless steel with 15 days of skin contact followed by 8 months of aging in neutral foudre and a futher 8 months in bottle. Practicing organic and biodynamic.
