The 2025 growing season brought an exceptionally early harvest in Anjou, with Benoît beginning to pick on August 26. The overall quality is excellent: the fruit was beautiful, healthy, and arrived in the cellar in great condition. These are the first Benoît Courault wines from the 2025 vintage to reach the US.

Whole clusters were direct-pressed, followed by spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. The wine aged on its lees for seven months in fiberglass tanks and foudre. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with only a small addition of sulfur.
