A blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir, this wine is crafted using the direct pressing method. The grapes are pressed immediately after harvest—without maceration—yielding the wine’s characteristic pale hue. The vineyard plots are situated on clay-limestone slopes around Toul, ideally positioned to allow for slow, balanced grape ripening. This distinctive terroir, combined with our organic expertise, gives the wine its unique character.
