The Zillamina Monastrell is sourced from organic vines farmed on limestone soils, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and bottled with minimal sulfur. The resulting wine has loads of black fruit aromas, kissed with dried Mediterranean herbs. Enjoy this red chilled.
- Zillamina is a project established by Bodegas Pinoso - a cooperative established in 1932.
- They are one of the pioneers of Organic viticulture within Pinoso in Spain.
- The vines grow at a high altitude (600 meters above sea level) with very little rainfall - which is challenging, yet perfect for cultivating complex and aromatic Monastrell.
Vibes with:
- Chorizo tacos.
- Olive tapenade on grilled sourdough,
- 90s PacSun in the mall.
