A charming blend that sees a few days of skin contact, and some of the fruit is direct pressed (i.e. no skin contact). The two different techniques lends a layered, fresh element to this wine. Aromatic, herbal and a bit tropical. Vibes are a little bit orange wine, a little bit white wine.
