Fermented with ambient yeasts in stainless steel vats, and raised on its lees for one year to amp up the spritz factor.

Bengoetxe was founded in 2001 by Iñaki and Rosa Maria Etxeberria in Basque Country.
They were the first producer in Basque Country to obtain their Organic Certification.
The vines of Hondarribi Zuri and Gros Manseng thrive in a uniquely clay terroir.
