A fresh, electro-bright composition of 100% old-vine Chenin from vines harvested in silex and white clay soils. The vines were worked by hand by one of our favorite humans ever - Marie Thibault. Fresh and clean, like the air after a rainstorm.

Marie Thibault is a self-made vigneronne who entered the wine world after getting degrees in oenology and biology.
Marie is one of the first winemakers to visit Domestique, and we affectionately call her the Queen of the Loire.
Marie Thibault worked for Francois Chidaine, and it was because of her work with him she fell in love with Chenin Blanc.
