This wine is a composition of 100% Gamay from Azay-le-Rideau in the Loire Valley. The vines are 50+ years old, and were spontaneously fermented with a long maceration time and aged for 6 additional months in tank. Serious, strong and bold Gamay with plenty of swagger.

Marie Thibault is a self-made vigneronne who entered the wine world after getting degrees in oenology and biology.
