Thibaud Boudignon’s Anjou Blanc from the Loire Valley is composed of 100% organic and biodynamically farmed Chenin Blanc from the Anjou. A racy wine with beautiful acid and structure imparted from schist soils.

Boudignon only releases 'A Francois(e)' in the best of years from his best vines. Named in honor of his late mother, Francois, and his grandfather, Francoise, who made table wine for the family in his native Bordeaux. If the grapes or wine aren't up to the standards of A Francois(e), he won't make it that vintage.
