From Shaunt and Diego: We direct press the Albarino from our River's Edge Vineyard. Fermented in stainless steel and then raised in 300 gal poly tanks. Our River's Edge vineyard is situation along the river, which provides both a cooling influence and deposits of various soil types resulting in a rich, yet mineral driven wine with plenty of fruit and savaory notes.
The Chardonnay is from a vineyard that we farm on Sonoma Mountain. A high elevation, eastern aspect is ideal for slow ripening. Giving good flavor development while preserving freshness.
