While also assuming control of his family’s operation, F.X. spent 5 vintages as Tom Lubbe’s right hand at Matassa, and it shows Lampyre means firefly and the name of his project comes from the jokes that people made about F.X. roaming the vineyards in the early morning with his headlamp.
