The Côte a Côte a blend of Syrah and Carignan, planted on two hillsides next to one another in Faugères. The grapes are vinified separately and raised in a mixture of containers: stainless steel, concrete and oak. This resulting wine from Domaine les Serrals is a charming, long expression of Faugères.

Domaine Les Serrals’ inception was in 2016 long after partners Chloé and Fred met and fell in love, not only with wine, but with each other.
In 2016, they found a plot in Faugéres and decided to lay down roots - literally.
The soils at Domaine les Serrals are schist-based with sandstone and limestone.
