A proposal inspired by the traditional French génep, then distilled in our own way. Spirit made from the maceration of génep artemisia harvested sustainably at the top of the Charlevoix mountains. Its herbaceous accent is balanced by the fruits and flowers added before the boiling point. To be enjoyed at freezing temperature or on the rise. 75% Wheat, 25% Rye.
