An incredible cuvée of 100+ year old Listan Blanco vines from the Canary Islands. The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed whole cluster into a large concrete tank with the skins and fermented without malolactic fermentation prior to spending ten months in Friulian 2500L oval foudres. The resulting wine is mineral-driven, electric, and tense.
