Rosé de Riceys is a rare, Pinot Noir-based rosé from the Champagne designation. This Rosé is sourced from the Valingrain Vineyard, a steep hill with Southern exposure. 100% Pinot Noir grown in a mixture of marl, clay, and Kimmeridgian limestone soils. The Oliver Horiot Rosé de Riceys sees a gentle semi-carbonic maceration process followed by racking in neutral oak barrels and extended lees aging for three years.
