The 2025 rosé is composed of 100% Gamay, sourced from the high-elevation granite soils of Barsotti Vineyard in El Dorado, along with a newer planting in western Sonoma County. The wine blends the mineral intensity of Barsotti with the more primary fruit character of the lower-lying Sonoma vines. The grapes were whole-cluster pressed to stainless steel for native yeast fermentation, then rested in neutral puncheons before blending and bottling.
