There’s nothing basic about this German rosé from legendary Mosel winemaker, Ulrich Stein. The Stein rosé is a saignée that consists of Pinot Noir and about 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, all done in stainless steel. A striking difference from warmer climate rosés, this rose has minerality and tension that cuts like glass.
