In 2024, Pauline and Sylvain faced relentless rainfall and significant disease pressure in Saumur. Yields were small, but through rigorous vineyard work and strict selections at harvest, they were ultimately very pleased with the quality of the juice.

100% Cabernet Franc. Produced from approximately two hectares of 40-year-old vines planted on sandy clay and silt soils over middle Turonian limestone. The wine aged for approximately 18 months in barrel, including 15% new oak.
