100% Mencia from Val do Salnes in Rías Baixas. The grapes were harvested from two parcels (‘Eira Padín and ‘Lantaño’’) of 30-45- year-old vines in the towns of Castrelo and Portas. The vines are planted on rich sandy-loam soils over granitic bedrock.
