Frantz Saumon’s Mineral Plus is one of our most iconic wines, and we can never keep it on the shelves for too long. This blended Chenin Blanc is composed of fruit from all Frantz’s plots around Montlouis that thrive on a mixture of limestone and clay soils. A stony, fresh and weightless wine.
- Frantz Saumon found his way into the wine industry after a career in Forestry in both France and Quebec.
- He works very closely with his partner, Marie Thibault, and the two have their own negocée label which is in its infancy.
- In 2002, he decided to switch paths and start a winery in Montlouis sur Loire in 2002.
