A Touraine-inspired red blend of Cabernet Franc (50%) &
Malbec (50%) from purchased fruit in Carmel Valley (Massa Vineyard). The grapes were fermented separately whole-cluster in stainless steel tanks and then blended immediately after pressing.

The wine was then aged for eight months in neutral oak barrels. Unfined, unfiltered with a 20ppm SO2 addition at bottling.
