Florez's Shangra-Li Mendo Savvy-B is made from special Sauvignon Blanc vines, from Redwood Valley, Mendocino, planted in 1969. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on the lees for added weight, this tropical wine is weighty and profound.

Florèz Wines is a one-man operation run by James Jelks in 2017, and he's all about prioritizing old world technique and sensibility in their wines.
After completing his degree in Oenology at UC Davis, James studied winemaking all over the world for 10 years before starting his own project in Santa Cruz.
