This Chenin comes from young vines from Sutter Ranch Vineyard in the Clarksburg AVA where winds cool down the hot days in the Delta. The grapes were picked at the right time to find the delicate balance between acid and ripeness.

Haarmeyer Wine Cellars is a family-run winery that started in 2008.
This Sacramento-based producer focuses on crafting Chenin Blanc, and sources from six different vineyards.
A barrel of sous voile wine, which means, “under the veil” (of microflora) is also included in the final blend, adding a delicious tang to the wine.
