This wine consists of Menu Pineau from a 50/60 year old vineyard in the Loire Valley, cut with just a touch of Sauvignon Blanc yielding a wine with laser-sharp acidity!
Jean-Christophe Jezequel was growing Organic vines at his property overlooking the Cher River.
His inaugural vintage was vinified in 2019 with the help of Pascal Potaire (it was a knockout) and the wines just keep getting better and better.
Menu Pineau grows in the Loire, and is considered a slightly less acidic version of Chenin Blanc.
