100% Sauvignon Blanc harvested from two parcels within the Loire Valley – one planted in 1950 and the other in 1964. Half of the original vines still remain, while the other half of each parcel has been gradually replanted over the last two decades. The fruit is whole cluster pressed and undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in large oak tanks, and is aged in Burgundy barrels on its lees. A powerfully tropical Sauvignon Blanc with Main Character Energy, from one of the Loire's legends.
