An oh so suave expression of Côt from Loire Valley-based 16-hectare property helmed by Valérie Forgues. The majority of the vines are 50 years old, but some fruit is sourced from centurion vines. Minimal sulfur was used, yielding an expression of Côt (Malbec) that’s light on its feet.
