Both from winemaking backgrounds, Celine and Laurent are based in Maconnais (southern Burgundy) and have been certified biodynamic since 2001. They have been making wine from their own estate for over thirty years now, and feel a little bit more like the Mamas and the Papas than the Yardbirds. But chill, consistency is nice, too.
