This Pét Nat is composed of Noiret, a relatively new cold-climate hybrid grape with inky skins. The result is a gorgeous magenta sparkling rosé both spicy and plumy.

Quartzwood is a small farm co-owned by Sarah Searle and Ben Sedlins in the Potomac Highlands that specializes in growing mushrooms in addition to crafting wine.
Sarah and Ben are very active in their community, and do their part to protect these lands from the ever increasing threat of urbanization.
Quartzwood farms is located on the unceded traditional land of the Manahoac people.
