Laid-back, lowkey (and low abv) bubbly.
At last, a laid-back, ultra chill and lowkey bottle of bubbles for rosé all day, every day. The Rosato Brut Flora Non Vintage is composed of 100% Raboso Piave, a spicy and fruity grape indigenous to the Veneto region, where the wine is made. The vines thrived on a mixture of gravel and limestone soils and were macerated for twelve hours on their skins prior to fermenting both in stainless steel and bottle. At just 11% ABV, this bubbly beauty is perfect for any and all day drinking occasions!
- Flora was made by the producer Col di Luna, a family-run winery located at the base of the Dolomites.
- The indigenous vines thrived on a mixture of gravel and limestone soils, lending these grapes good acidity.
- Fuso is all about highlighting smaller growers throughout Italy, choosing specific vineyard sites that emphasize the indigenous grapes and soil.
- Raboso Piave is a tannic, grape, and legend has it the name translates to “angry,” due to the acidic and spicy nature of this wine (we’d wager to say it’s more “sassy,” though)
