Purchased grapes from a 0.3ha parcel of Chenin Blanc planted in the village of Meursault. Sandy/gravelly clay soils. Atypical of the region in its soils and the dryness of the soils, due to high sand content. 5-week whole bunch skin-contact maceration with no crushing. Pressed direct to barrel. Aged for 8 months in a 350L barrels. 750 bottles produced. No SO2 added.
