Blandine Floch’s Côt (Malbec) is an inky but lifted rustic red. Le Chat Huant - her label - is situated within the Loir-et-Cher department near some of the Loire’s giants: Thierry Puzelat, Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme, and Jeremy Quastana to name a few. This style of Côt is plenty drinkable and can withstand a slight chill.
