This 100% Baga sparkling wine is gently pressed, made with 60% saignée, and undergoes a second fermentation in bottle before spending 6-9 months on the lees, resulting in a vibrant, elegant expression of Bairrada's unique terroir.

QUICK TAKE: This bubbly punches well above its price point. Pale pink in color, it has zippy acidity balanced by the richness from lees aging and saignée. Delicious with chicken or skate Milanese.
