A lovely textured, high-toned and very dry pet nat from Thierry Marcel of Domaine Les Genets in the Rhone Valley.

Normally Thierry makes traditional Clairette de Die, but he dabbles in more adventurous territory (usually for his own consumption and curiosity), and we were excited to be able to snap some of it up for summer sipping.
