This traditional method sparkling wine is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot noir, and Pinot Blanc. All grapes are hand harvested and fermented in neutral French oak barrels, and aged for 11 months on the lees. After bottling the wine is aged an additional 3 years in bottle before disgorging. A true testament to the possibility of Finger Lakes terroir, and exceptional winemaking.
