Old-vine Auvergne & Beaujolais gamay from two parcels on iron-rich red clay with a limestone outcrop and, elsewhere, highly decomposed granite with quartz. 7 days whole-cluster in stainless; gentle bucket wettings only; small early draw of free-run to keep fruit snap. Élevage 9 months (50% old 228L barrels, 50% stainless) + 9 months in bottle. Native yeast. Unfined. Unfiltered. SO₂ 1 g/hL at bottling (~10 mg/L).
