For those not in the know, Côt = Malbec, they’re just grown in two different places. Serve chilled, or don’t – this wine is versatile as all get out and goes with pretty much any occasion.

Fabien Jouves comes from a farming family in Causse and became a winemaker in 2006 when he created his first cuvée, “Mas del Périé.”
His property highlights all the expressions of Côt, and the vines are biodynamically farmed.
