New Year's Wine Club Add-On

$140.00

The start of a new year invites reflection, though increasingly that process is curated for us. Algorithms assemble our highlights, rank what mattered, and smooth everything into a list. We're guilty of the practice ourselves — it's satisfying to reflect back on the bottles that stood out, and the people and circumstances that went alongside.

To close out the year, we're offering three special bottles to Wine Club members. These are three singular, luxe bottles — some of Rebekah's standout bottles from the year, organized by vibe, and what we've been listening to lately.

As we sink into the liminal space between 2025 and 2026 and we give ourselves collective permission to forgo productivity for a few more days, we think there's room for a few more special bottles before we turn the page on the holidays.

Drink these with your New Year's festivities, or tuck them away for rainy day in 2026.

Bottle #1: Keeps Time With Shaboozey On Repeat

Perseval-Farge Champagne Brut Premier Cru 'Les Goulats' NV - $140

Authenticity never tasted so good. You don’t need to care about Krug or Prevost, though you probably know what they are. This is the kind of wine to drink with take-out alongside someone you love, getting a little crunk with a friend before closing out 2025 in equal parts taste and debauchery, or treating yourself solo because, it's been a year.

Not a bottle for more than two people because you will want at least two glasses for yourself. Read more here.

Bottle #2: Holds Its Own With Sylvester

Hofgut Falkenstein Riesling Kabinett Feinherb 'Niedermenniger Harrenberg' 2024 - $48

Lightning in a bottle. Bring this to a wine-lover’s party and it will be the first to disappear — especially if opened after a lineup of reds or oxidative whites. Don’t be afraid of something a little different. It’s made for an energetic end to the year, and pairs brilliantly with spicy takeout of any kind.

Bottle #3: Feels Natural With Piero Umiliani

Duplessis Chablis 1er Cru 'Montmains' 2019 - $90

I think it's worth exploring every expression of this producer, a true classic. A staple that has run through my last six years of wine drinking —from entry-level bottles to ten-year-olds, all the way up to the top cru. This is one of my favorite Burgundies, distinctive, and quietly beautiful. It’s perfect wine for a small dinner party — a very “adult” wine, guaranteed to impress or even woo, if that’s on the agenda.
