Muscat Akari is a 12-day skin-contact dry white wine produced with Muscat Canelli.

In mid August 2022, Muscat was handpicked from Cecchini Vineyard in Contra Costa County, CA at 18 brix. Then she was immediately destemmed and foot tread until extra juicy. Her grape skins were left in contact with her luscious juice for 12 days. When she fermented dry, she was pressed directly into neutral French oak barrels in early September 2022. She was racked clean off the lees in November 2022 then put to sleep in barrel. In early August 2023, Muscat Akari was bottled. Unfined. Unfiltered.
