SUN DROPS is an extended skin contact wine from Radovan Šumon with wild herbaceous notes and enough tension to defy gravity. This year, the wine is made from Traminer, Sauvignon and Rheinriesling. The biodynamically-farmed grapes were see about a month of skin contact with the skins, seeds (everything!), and is fermented and aged in oak. Bottled with zero sulfur. Radovan Šumon's wines are some of the most singular, expressive skin contact wines in the whole world.
