Meaning “spring” in French, the moment when the vineyard wakes up and everything feels possible again. ‘Printemps’ is my newly released love letter from Brij, made from organically grown vines in the SLO Coast.

We made this wine in a serious way without being serious - 50/50 Chardonnay & Pinot Noir. Whole cluster pressed, cold fermented, no shortcuts — because the best Rosés look effortless, but there is real intention behind them.
