TASTING NOTES Bright and green with pear notes on the nose, this sparkling wine offers a clear vegetal aroma of bark and lemon leaf. The palate reveals a lemonade nuance, balancing the traditional sparkler.
VINIFICATION Grapes are partially destemmed, crushed, and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Bottled with naturally-occurring yeasts for the second fermentation period.
