Yes, it's that kind of Beaujolais. The one that first made you fall in love with natural wine, brought you in from the conventional wine cold. Dutch expats Sylvie and Thierry bought a farm in Lantignié, where they're farming organically and planting trees to make their vineyards healthier. This wine comes from old-vine Gamay that grows in pink granite soils over quartz and clay. It's incredibly pure and full of life and is everything you want Beaujolais to be: ethereal, zippy, charming, a little smoldering, and really delicious.
